How it all started…
I started Kitchen Table Mediation after more than thirty years in business (in this country and abroad), to help individuals and organisations resolve workplace disputes without recourse to litigation and to assist organisations develop more positive, open, and progressive workplace cultures.

In both the private and public sector, I have witnessed workplace disagreements escalate to formal proceedings and workplace disputes in an instant time and time again.
For the individual, these disputes can be stressful and all-consuming, often over lengthy periods of time. For the organisation it adds an unnecessary level of complexity to day-to-day activities that is both costly and distracting.
Kitchen Table Mediation provides an informal, voluntary, and confidential setting to resolve the underlying individual and broader cultural frustrations throughout the organisation.
As a Managing Director, Company Director, and Board member for most of my career I have gained significant practical insight to the structures that support good and poor industrial relations, the complexity of workplace relations and the tensions between boards, their shareholders, their executive teams and how this feeds through to workplace cultures and relations.
